Der Partner von Blickpunkt Identit\u00e4t war erfolgreicher Gastgeber des InnoGreen 1. Projekttreffens am 6. und 7. Dezember in Wien.<\/p>\n
Im Laufe dieser beiden produktiven Tage kamen alle Partner pers\u00f6nlich zusammen, um die Ziele und erwarteten Ergebnisse des Projekts zu diskutieren und Perspektiven auszutauschen. Die Partner \u00fcberpr\u00fcften und besprochenen au\u00dferdem die unterzeichneten Vereinbarungen, etablierten Kommunikationsinstrumente und -verfahren und behandelten ausf\u00fchrlich die Arbeitspakete, Ergebnisse und Aufgaben.<\/p>\n
Alle Partner einigten sich auf die n\u00e4chsten Schritte zur Umsetzung der Projektziele. Eine der obersten Priorit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr die kommenden Monate besteht darin, dass alle Partner die Definition gr\u00fcner Praktiken festlegen, die bei der Entwicklung des Interviews mit gr\u00fcnen Unternehmer:innen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden sollen.<\/p>\n

Das Hauptziel dieser Interviews bestand darin, die Bereiche innerhalb des Gesch\u00e4ftsmodells zu ermitteln, in denen verschiedene Aspekte gr\u00fcner Praktiken integriert werden k\u00f6nnten. Vor der Durchf\u00fchrung der Interviews entwickelten die Partner gemeinsam eine Reihe von Fragen, die als Leitfaden f\u00fcr die Diskussionen dienen sollten. Diese Fragen umfassten die neun Module des Gesch\u00e4ftsmodells: Schl\u00fcsselpartner, Schl\u00fcsselaktivit\u00e4ten, Schl\u00fcsselressourcen, Wertversprechen, Kundenbeziehung, Vertriebskan\u00e4le, Kundensegmente, Kostenstruktur und Einnahmequellen. In jedem Modul wurde der Schwerpunkt auf die Einbeziehung gr\u00fcner Praktiken in den Bereichen Umwelt, Soziales und Finanzen gelegt. Beispiele f\u00fcr Aktivit\u00e4ten, Motivationen, Hindernisse und positive Auswirkungen wurden ebenfalls untersucht.<\/p>\n Insgesamt wurden 63 Interviews gef\u00fchrt, die Unternehmen aus verschiedenen Branchen vertraten, darunter Produktion, HORECA (Hotel\/Restaurant\/Caf\u00e9), Finanzversicherung, Agrartechnologie, Bauwesen, Informationstechnologie, Abfallwirtschaft, Dienstleistungen, Mode, Werbung und Transport.<\/p>\n In der anschlie\u00dfenden Phase des Projekts werden die Interviewantworten analysiert und die identifizierten innovativen Merkmale sowie Methoden f\u00fcr deren Anwendung im Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell extrahiert. Dieses Ergebnis bestand in der Durchf\u00fchrung von Interviews mit Unternehmer:innen aus allen an der Partnerschaft beteiligten L\u00e4ndern. Insgesamt wurden 63 Interviews mit Unternehmer:innen gef\u00fchrt, die umweltfreundliche Praktiken in ihre kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) integriert haben. The agenda included the configuration of an eLearning platform, alongside testing and dissemination activities, with an emphasis on enhancing sustainable business practices.<\/p>\n The educational platform, a core element of the project, aims to improve the skills of adult educators while stimulating the innovative capabilities of entrepreneurs in green and sustainable practices. It offers practical simulations to increase awareness and enhance sustainable skills among participants.<\/p>\n During the meeting, the consortium members, UDJG, Empoderar, Universita Ta Malta, IED, Blickpunkt Identit\u00e4t, SUPSI, ITEE, and Training2000 made a key decision to select specific innovative triggers for green practices derived from detailed trigger analyses developed from interview responses. The goal is to compile a summary of the most exemplary practices. To achieve this, each project partner has been tasked with selecting three case studies and providing a brief description highlighting the creative aspects of their chosen solutions.<\/p>\n This collaborative effort aims to support the development of green business practices by promoting creative and sustainable solutions across industries. Jedes Team berichtete \u00fcber seine Erfolge und die Erfahrungen, die es bei seinen Bem\u00fchungen um die \u00d6ffentlichkeitsarbeit gemacht hat.<\/span><\/p>\n Den Abschluss bildete eine Sequenz, die sich mit der Abschlussberichterstattung befasste.
