The Blickpunkt Identit\u00e4t partner successfully hosted the InnoGreen 1st Project Meeting on 6-7 December in Vienna.<\/p>\n
Over the course of these two productive days, all partners convened in-person to discuss and exchange perspectives regarding the project’s aims and anticipated outcomes. The partners also reviewed and discussed the signed agreements, established communication tools and procedures, and extensively covered the working packages, deliverables, and tasks.<\/p>\n
All partners reached a consensus on the next steps for implementing the project’s objectives. One of the top priorities for the coming months is for all partners to determine the definition of green practices to be considered for developing the interview to be conducted with green business entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

The main objective of these interviews was to pinpoint the areas within the business model canvas where different aspects of green practices could be integrated. Prior to conducting the interviews, the partners collaborated to develop a set of questions that would guide the discussions. These questions encompassed the nine modules of the business model: key partners, key activities, key resources, value proposition, customer relationship, distribution channels, customer segments, cost structure, and revenue streams. Within each module, emphasis was placed on incorporating green practices in the environmental, social, and financial domains. Examples of activities, motivations, obstacles, and positive impacts were also explored.<\/p>\n In total, 63 interviews were conducted, representing companies from diverse sectors including production, HORECA (hotel\/restaurant\/cafe), financial insurance, agritech, construction, information technology, waste management, services, fashion, advertising, and transportation.<\/p>\n The subsequent phase of the project will involve analyzing the interview responses and extracting innovative features that were identified, along with methods for their application within the business model. This outcome consisted in conducting interviews with entrepreneurs from all the countries involved in the partnership. A total of 63 interviews were conducted with entrepreneurs who have incorporated environmentally friendly practices into their small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). During the meeting, each partner presented a brief overview of the interviews conducted in their respective countries, highlighting the most intriguing and appealing responses.<\/p>\n Following the presentations, the meeting proceeded with several brainstorming sessions. The agenda included the configuration of an eLearning platform, alongside testing and dissemination activities, with an emphasis on enhancing sustainable business practices.<\/p>\n The educational platform, a core element of the project, aims to improve the skills of adult educators while stimulating the innovative capabilities of entrepreneurs in green and sustainable practices. It offers practical simulations to increase awareness and enhance sustainable skills among participants.<\/p>\n During the meeting, the consortium members, UDJG, Empoderar, Universita Ta Malta, IED, Blickpunkt Identit\u00e4t, SUPSI, ITEE, and Training2000 made a key decision to select specific innovative triggers for green practices derived from detailed trigger analyses developed from interview responses. The goal is to compile a summary of the most exemplary practices. To achieve this, each project partner has been tasked with selecting three case studies and providing a brief description highlighting the creative aspects of their chosen solutions.<\/p>\n This collaborative effort aims to support the development of green business practices by promoting creative and sustainable solutions across industries. The major points covered during the productive two-day session was outlining the project objectives, aiming to assess progress, share updates, and define next steps for the project\u2019s sustainability.<\/span><\/p>\n A detailed presentation was given on the current status of the eLearning platform, covering an overview of the educational materials currently available, the insights into assessment tools and progress tracking and a review of the user base, highlighting engagement levels and feedback.<\/span><\/p>\n We reached the strategies used to promote the project, evaluated the effectiveness of current dissemination efforts, and identified potential areas for improvement. Each team shared updates, highlighting successes and lessons learned from their outreach efforts.<\/span><\/p>\n We concluded with a session focused on final reporting. The discussion covered plan and timeline for submitting final documents, but also included reporting procedures to ensure accuracy and transparency.<\/span><\/p>\n The team brainstormed new strategies for ongoing dissemination and discussed how to ensure the project\u2019s sustainability beyond its official timeline.<\/span><\/p>\n Thank you to all participants for your valuable contributions.
