Il partner Blickpunkt Identit\u00e4t ha ospitato con successo il 1\u00b0 meeting del progetto InnoGreen, il 6 e 7 dicembre a Vienna.
Nel corso di questi due giorni, tutti i partner si sono riuniti per discutere e scambiarsi prospettive sugli obiettivi e risultati previsti. I partner hanno anche rivisto e discusso gli accordi firmati, hanno stabilito strumenti e procedure di comunicazione e si sono occupati ampiamente dei work packages, dei risultati chiarendo i rispettivi compiti.
Tutti i partner hanno concordato sui prossimi passi da compiere per realizzare gli obiettivi del progetto. Una delle principali priorit\u00e0 per i prossimi mesi \u00e8 quella di definire il concetto di \u201epratiche green\u201d per poter condurre le varie interviste con gli imprenditori delle aziende green.<\/p>\n

L’obiettivo principale di queste interviste era quello di individuare quali aree del business model potevano essere integrate pratiche green. Prima di condurre le interviste, i partner hanno collaborato per sviluppare una serie di domande comuni da proporre agli intervistati. Le domande riguardavano le nove aree del business model: partner chiave, attivit\u00e0 chiave, risorse chiave, proposta di valore, relazioni con i clienti, canali di distribuzione, segmenti di clientela, struttura dei costi e flussi di reddito. All’interno di ciascuna area, l’accento \u00e8 stato posto sull’adozione di pratiche green a livello ambientale, sociale e finanziario. Sono stati chiesti anche esempi di attivit\u00e0, motivazioni, ostacoli e impatti positivi di tali pratiche. Si tratta di una raccolta di interviste ad imprenditori e manager dei Paesi partner. In totale sono state condotte 63 interviste ad imprenditori che hanno avviato pratiche green ed ecologiche nelle loro piccole e medie imprese (PMI). Durante l’incontro, ogni partner ha presentato una breve panoramica delle rispettive interviste nazionali, evidenziando le risposte pi\u00f9 interessanti e accattivanti. The agenda included the configuration of an eLearning platform, alongside testing and dissemination activities, with an emphasis on enhancing sustainable business practices.<\/p>\n The educational platform, a core element of the project, aims to improve the skills of adult educators while stimulating the innovative capabilities of entrepreneurs in green and sustainable practices. It offers practical simulations to increase awareness and enhance sustainable skills among participants.<\/p>\n During the meeting, the consortium members, UDJG, Empoderar, Universita Ta Malta, IED, Blickpunkt Identit\u00e4t, SUPSI, ITEE, and Training2000 made a key decision to select specific innovative triggers for green practices derived from detailed trigger analyses developed from interview responses. The goal is to compile a summary of the most exemplary practices. To achieve this, each project partner has been tasked with selecting three case studies and providing a brief description highlighting the creative aspects of their chosen solutions.<\/p>\n This collaborative effort aims to support the development of green business practices by promoting creative and sustainable solutions across industries. In totale sono state condotte 63 interviste, in rappresentanza di aziende di diversi settori, tra cui produzione, (hotel\/ristorazione\/caffetteria), assicurazioni finanziarie, agritech, edilizia, informatica, gestione dei rifiuti, servizi, moda, pubblicit\u00e0 e trasporti.
La fase successiva del progetto prevede l’analisi delle risposte alle interviste e l\u2019identificazione delle caratteristiche innovative, insieme ai metodi da applicare all’interno del business model. Per svolgere questa attivit\u00e0, i partner hanno stabilito una metodologia nata da una sessione di brainstorming.<\/p>\n
Dopo le presentazioni, l’incontro \u00e8 proseguito con diverse sessioni di brainstorming.
