O parceiro Blickpunkt Identit\u00e4t acolheu com sucesso a 1\u00aa Reuni\u00e3o do Projeto InnoGreen, de 6 a 7 de dezembro, em Viena.<\/p>\n
Durante estes dois dias, a parceria reuniu-se pessoalmente para discutir e trocar ideias sobre os objetivos do projeto, e os resultados esperados. Tamb\u00e9m se analisou e discutiu sobre os acordos assinados e processos de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, e analisou-se os resultados e as tarefas de cada fase do projeto.<\/p>\n
Todos os parceiros chegaram a um consenso sobre as etapas seguintes. Uma das principais prioridades para os pr\u00f3ximos meses \u00e9 que todos os parceiros determinem a defini\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas verdes a serem consideradas para o desenvolvimento das entrevistas a serem realizadas com empreendedores.<\/p>\n

O principal objetivo destas entrevistas foi identificar que pr\u00e1ticas verdes podem ser integradas num modelo de neg\u00f3cio. Antes destas entrevistas, a parceria desenvolveu um conjunto de perguntas orientadoras, que abrangeram os nove segmentos do modelo de neg\u00f3cio Canvas: parceiros-chave; atividades-chave; recursos-chave; proposta de valor; relacionamento com o cliente; canais de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o; segmentos de clientes; estrutura de custos; e fluxos de receita.<\/p>\n As pr\u00e1ticas \u201csustent\u00e1veis\u201d podiam ser de cariz ambiental, social ou financeiro. Foram tamb\u00e9m exploradas as atividades, motiva\u00e7\u00f5es, obst\u00e1culos e impactos positivos.<\/p>\n No total, foram realizadas 63 entrevistas, representando empresas de diversos setores, incluindo produ\u00e7\u00e3o, HORECA (hotel\/restaurante\/caf\u00e9), seguros financeiros, agritech, constru\u00e7\u00e3o, tecnologias de informa\u00e7\u00e3o, gest\u00e3o de res\u00edduos, moda, publicidade e transportes. Este resultado consistiu nas entrevistas com empreendedores de todos os pa\u00edses envolvidos na parceria. No total, foram realizadas 63 entrevistas a indiv\u00edduos que incorporaram pr\u00e1ticas verdes nas suas pequenas e m\u00e9dias empresas (PME). Durante a reuni\u00e3o com os parceiros, cada um apresentou um breve resumo das entrevistas realizadas no seu respetivo pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n Ap\u00f3s estas apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es, a reuni\u00e3o prosseguiu com v\u00e1rias sess\u00f5es de brainstorming. The agenda included the configuration of an eLearning platform, alongside testing and dissemination activities, with an emphasis on enhancing sustainable business practices.<\/p>\n The educational platform, a core element of the project, aims to improve the skills of adult educators while stimulating the innovative capabilities of entrepreneurs in green and sustainable practices. It offers practical simulations to increase awareness and enhance sustainable skills among participants.<\/p>\n During the meeting, the consortium members, UDJG, Empoderar, Universita Ta Malta, IED, Blickpunkt Identit\u00e4t, SUPSI, ITEE, and Training2000 made a key decision to select specific innovative triggers for green practices derived from detailed trigger analyses developed from interview responses. The goal is to compile a summary of the most exemplary practices. To achieve this, each project partner has been tasked with selecting three case studies and providing a brief description highlighting the creative aspects of their chosen solutions.<\/p>\n This collaborative effort aims to support the development of green business practices by promoting creative and sustainable solutions across industries. A sess\u00e3o abordou a defini\u00e7\u00e3o dos objetivos do projeto, com vista a avaliar o progresso, partilhar atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es e definir os pr\u00f3ximos passos para a sustentabilidade do projeto.<\/span><\/p>\n Foi feita uma apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o detalhada sobre o estado atual da plataforma de eLearning, abrangendo uma vis\u00e3o geral dos materiais formativos dispon\u00edveis, os conhecimentos sobre as ferramentas de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e uma an\u00e1lise da base de utilizadores, destacando os n\u00edveis de envolvimento e o feedback.<\/span><\/p>\n Abordou-se as estrat\u00e9gias utilizadas para promover o projeto, avaliamos a efic\u00e1cia dos atuais esfor\u00e7os de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o e identificamos potenciais \u00e1reas de melhoria. Cada equipa partilhou atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es, destacando os pontos fortes dos seus esfor\u00e7os de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n Conclu\u00edmos com uma sess\u00e3o centrada no relat\u00f3rio final. A discuss\u00e3o abrangeu o plano e o calend\u00e1rio para a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos documentos finais, mas tamb\u00e9m incluiu procedimentos de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de relat\u00f3rios para garantir a precis\u00e3o e a transpar\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n A equipa debateu novas estrat\u00e9gias para a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua e procurou discutir como garantir a sustentabilidade do projeto para al\u00e9m do seu per\u00edodo de vida.<\/span><\/p>\n Obrigado a todos os participantes pelos vossos valiosos contributos.
